• PAYOUT Rules when Campaign success - Depend on 2 prior setting parameters: % For Backer & % Fund Target

  1. % For Backer: if greater than 0 then backers will get this fund first, remain will payout to Raiser, Alchemist). This fund have 2 options:

  Original token (as discount).

  Or Platform's future token when Campaign is approved to be converted to.

  2. % Fund Target: is total fund for raiser (with or without Alchemist). There are optional "Acceptance" to convert to Platform's token: campaign's leader just sign Acceptance with specified words ( "FOL" for example).

  If % Fund Target is set lower than or equal 50%: Alchemist have right to sign Acceptance.

  If greater than 50% and lower than or equal to 100%: raiser will sign Acceptance.

  Converting ratio will be decided by Platform's share holder

• TO MAKE CAMPAIGN PAYABLE, RAISER in this case (% Fund Target < 100%) HAS TO PROVIDE PLATFORM HIS ALCHEMIST Address. This ALCHEMIST will become CAPTAIN of the campaign

  AFTER SETTING ALCHEMIST : NOW RAISER OR ALCHEMIST CAN TRIGGER PAYOUT.

• Besides, in this case Alchemist has bigger share (100%)

  ... so Alchemist is the one who can decide to use Acceptance to convert to Platform's token. ... Raiser and Alchemist in this example are just happen to be the same

  <aside> 📒 Note: Acceptance Proof in this TESTING Phase is OPTIONAL and act as indicator for converting to Platform's Token. In later phases, Acceptance Proof maybe mandatory in some cases
